Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu is traveling to Iran in order to sign a military cooperation agreement between Tehran and Moscow. Such a military agreement, no matter what the details are, would undoubtedly strengthen the position of both Russia and Iran in different terms at regional and global levels.
