Today, Russia tested an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. I had anticipated such an event couple of days ago in my essay titled "What is currently happening in Ukraine?". I explored such an event in the form of the possibility of Russian withdrawal from the New START Treaty as one of the consequences of detaching Ukraine from this country.
