Based on the Persian version of Lausanne Framework, i can say that the Islamic Regime of Iran won the nuclear negotiation so far. What happens in the future is unknown. This framework means a free pass to the Islamic Regime in every possible issue.
Note: You used all your resources in the past couple of years to achieve this???????
I knew Obama administration was desperate for a nuclear deal, but not at this scale.
